Clinical Supervision and Mentorship
Grow into the essence of who you are as a therapist and receive support in BOTH the soulful depths AND the grounded structure of the profession

We all have the capacity to hold multitudes
if we ourselves are well held.
The purpose of clinical supervision is to provide the witnessing and nurturing support that you need as a growing therapist to become more of yourself in this work, rather than less. As a supervisor and mentor, it is my role to listen for the innate wisdom you carry, and to help you develop trust in your offerings as a therapist.
Sometimes, this means taking a spacious, deeply listening approach and as you find your own way. Sometimes, this means providing structure, particularly as clinical intensity increases, so that you feel held in a sturdy container.
Perhaps most fundamentally, clinical supervision means providing a holding environment in which you can be fully seen and witnessed in your experience and personhood as you step into the important work of holding space for another.
Together, we might...
-
Practice taking up space as yourself in your therapeutic relationships
-
Integrate the essence of who you are as a therapist into every aspect of your practice: your client life cycle, your relationship with money, documentation, and ethical decision-making
-
Process the relational material that comes up for you through the work, so that you are well tended as you walk in right relationship with your clients
-
Use the normal oscillations and seasons of private practice as fuel for your clinical and personal growth
-
Build trust with your inner knowing and access your inner sturdy, grounded leader
-
Unpack topics like impostor syndrome, your relationship to money, visibility & being seen, and stepping into your power responsibly as a therapist
-
Integrate new and existing modalities into your practice, helping you find your own unique blend
-
Find sustainable ways of showing up for this work so that you can practice with love and aliveness for decades to come
I look forward to supporting you to grow into the therapist you set out to become when you said Yes to the inner longing and chose to walk this path.
